Doctor Consultations
Doctor consultation fees are payable for the professional medical assessment provided.
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
IV Therapy Appointments
Deposits may be required when booking IV therapy appointments.
Deposits are generally non-refundable where:
- the appointment is cancelled within the cancellation period;
- the patient does not attend;
- treatment cannot proceed due to inaccurate medical information provided by the patient.
Where treatment is deemed clinically inappropriate by our treating practitioner prior to treatment, any applicable refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Prescription Medications
Once a prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy, medications are individually prepared for each patient.
Due to Australian pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements:
- Prescription medications cannot be returned.
- Prescription medications cannot be refunded once dispensed or compounded except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Nothing within this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
